Artificial Intelligence: Enabling Technology from the Cloud

IBM POWER AI Based on Xilinx Zynq SoC.
The platform is powered by IBM Research Institute's latest PowerAI AccDNN software enabling depth of learning using Xilinx ZYNQ SoC. 

 

IBM, Xilinx, V3 and Eyemore have jointly introduced the Deep Learning Platform: DeepRED.  The DeepRED platform is a cost-effective solution designed for machine learning and embedded intelligent inference terminals to help rapidly deploy AI vision algorithms for universities, research institutes, small and medium-sized businesses, and industry customers.

The platform is powered by IBM Research Institute's latest PowerAI AccDNN software enabling depth of learning using Xilinx ZYNQ SoC.  Caffe framework can be realized through deep learning model by automatically converting the hardware code for rapid verification and deployment to the FPGA platform.

At the same time, DeepRED platform can also support Xilinx reVISION and SDSoC development process.   DeepRED hopes to speed up the process of embedded vision development by accelerating the deployment of AI on embedded platforms, reducing the AI learning threshold for enterprises, R & D and hobbyists.

The difference with DeepRED other products is that it is designed for application scenarios with latency-sensitive applications such as autonomous driving and robotics. DeepRED provides an all-in-one solution from imaging chip to algorithm deployment, and can be tailored to customer needs, dramatically lowering the industry customer deployment threshold.
